following

follow any artist on praxis. follows are recorded on the blockchain — permanent and verifiable. your feed shows activity from artists you follow: blog posts, project proposals, funding events, new media.

mutual follows (you follow them, they follow you) unlock direct messaging.

artists vs. audience

artists — register with an invite code. get a personal site, blog, journal, media sales, projects, and ten invite codes. can propose projects and list media for sale.
audience — register free. follow artists, fund projects, collect media, message. audience members get a subdomain (handle.ourpraxis.network) with a portfolio of their collected media and funded projects.

invites

every artist gets 10 invite codes at registration. share them with artists you want on the network. completing a project earns 5 bonus invites. invite codes are single-use — once redeemed, they are consumed.

the graph

the network page has two views: a list and a force-directed graph. the graph shows artists as nodes and follows as edges. your ego-graph shows your connections. pan and zoom to explore. audience members appear with an "audience" label.

search

search the network by name, handle, or domain. results show both artists and audience members. click through to visit their site or profile.
